Ahmad Fadhullah Bin Fuzai, born on 17th May 1984 in Pasir Puteh, Kelantan was destined to be one of the respected leaders in the Optometry Industry in Malaysia. He received his early education at Sekolah Kebangsaan Seksyen 18, Shah Alam, Selangor in 1996. Then from 1997 to 1998, he studied at Maahad Tahfiz Darul Quran and then moved to SMU (A) Taqaddum Al-Maarif, Pasir Tumboh Kelantan in 1999. In the year 2000, he furthered his education at SMU (A) Maahad Muhammadi Lelaki, Kota Bharu Kelantan, and finished his SPM in 2001. After SPM, Ahmad Fadhullah pursued his higher education at Kolej Matrikulasi Arau Perlis from the year 2002 until 2003. After graduating from Kolej Matrikulasi with an ambition to achieve more, he furthered his study in Bachelor of Optometry at the University National Malaysia (UKM) from the year 2004 until 2007. Now he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in his hand, he took the first step in his career as an Optometrist at Coolshades, the first Oakley Concept Store in KLCC that later turned to be Optometrist practices.

The Optometry Industry was one of the high-potential industries in Malaysia in the year 2011, Ahmad Fadhullah saw a great opportunity. He started to combine the advantages and strengths of both independent practice and chain stores to form his own practice in Taman Melawati Kuala Lumpur. After the success of founding his own optometrist practice, he later pursued his Optometry Specialty Expert in Colour Vision in 2012. He has satisfactorily completed the ChromaGen vision training and Ahmad Fadhullah is certified as a ChromaGen Practitioner. Since 2012 Ahmad is constantly invited by the Malaysia Ministry of Health institutes and health facilities, even invited to a TV show as an Expert Practitioner who brings color vision solutions to people that have color vision deficiency.

Ahmad Fadhullah later gain support from a co-founder that was also an optometrist practitioner who believe in re-branding the optometrist practice towards a professional and innovative approach Oc Optocare was formed in the year of 2017 with over 20 Optometrist in 15 Optometrist Centres in Malaysia.

Ahmad Fadhullah as the CEO of Vison Care Global and Oc Optocare, continues to inspire Optometrist to embrace dedicated, disciplined, confident, and goal-oriented. Exceptional communicator with a caring and diplomatic manner toward people. Persuasive and adaptable. Self-motivated with high energy, initiative, and focus. Keen insight into the needs of others, able to listen and identify issues or problem areas and form innovative solutions.

Ahmad Fadhullah started with Exco members at the Association of Malaysian Optometrists (AMO), then being the vice president of AMO before assuming the position of AMO president from June 2020 till the present. The Association of Malaysian Optometrists (AMO) is an association that unites all optometrists throughout the country. He is working really hard to dignify the profession of optometry and is now in an effort to distinguish between optometrists and eyeglass shops who want the profession to be recognized by the public and the country as the community of Primary Eye Care in Malaysia.
